Required Qualifications
・Over 5 years of practical experience as a UI/UX designer
・Practical experience in design production using Figma
・Experience in app and website design
・Experience executing design projects in a team setting
Preferred Qualifications
・Experience working in an agile development environment
・Experience in user research and persona creation
・Understanding of and practical experience with design thinking
・Communication skills with diverse stakeholders
・Interest in new design trends and a willingness to self-learn
Annual Salary Upon Joining: 4 ～ 6.5 M JPY
